Passport: RAFTEC 1'' bypass for collector block |
The bypass is made of brass by the method of hot forming and covered with nickel. The unit consists of tees connected by a copper chrome tube. The connection of all elements of the unit to each other is made on rubber sealing rings, which allows to refuse the use of additional seals. Bypasses are compatible with collector units of series: RCO03-12, LCR-1.2-1.10.

Description
Bypasses with a bleed-off valve are units of devices that are connected to collectors to redirect the flow of the coolant to the return collector in the event that the flow through collector loops decreases below a set value. This allows to preserve the hydraulic characteristics of the system regardless of the position of collector loops controls (manual, thermostatic valves, etc.), to protect the pump from working “on a closed valve”.
