PE-RT RAFTEC pipe with oxygen barrier
PE-RT pipe with oxygen barrier - outer diameter 16 with wall thickness 2.0 mm. The copolymer for PE-RT is octene, and not butene, as for conventional polyethylene. Spatial cohesion in PE-RT is formed not due to additional interatomic bonds, but due to the interweaving of copolymer branches. The outside of the pipe is coated with a protective anti-diffusion layer EVOH (ethylene vinyl alcohol), which prevents the diffusion of oxygen into the coolant.
- resistance to ultraviolet radiation;
- very smooth internal surface, not prone to deposits.
- small bending radius;
